Jessica is a 2nd year graduate student from Columbia Falls, Montana. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a concentration in Physiological Psychology, and a minor in Sociology, from the University of Great Falls. She participated in many sports growing up, such as softball, tennis, track, basketball, soccer, and barrels with her horse. She also competed in cheerleading in high school and college. She is interested in working with the military as a Master Resilience Trainer, and she’s looking forward to any consulting opportunities that will come up in the future. Jessica’s capstone project is a manuscript, working on a systematic review that examines which age groups mindfulness techniques are most effective with and the effectiveness of mindfulness interventions as a coping skill for self-regulation.
