Jenna Halvorson

Mental Training Consultant

Hometown: Faribault, MN

Education: B.S. in Psychology & minor in Ethnic and Racial Studies from University of Wisconsin – La Crosse

Background: I love to be active! I’ve been a three-sport athlete since 7th grade, which included soccer, dance line, and track & field. I also ran Track and Field collegiately where I earned 5 National Championships and 9 All-American honors. After graduating I was an assistant sprint coach at UW- La Crosse where the team won both indoor and outdoor National Championships. Currently I enjoy running, yoga, and teaching Zumba. I understand how the mental side of sport can help and hinder your success and I enjoy helping others master their mind in their respective sport.

Consulting Philosophy: Through my experience working with individuals and groups I find that I like to learn first about what drove them to their passion with their sport and why they want to achieve certain goals. I feel that once an athlete can fully understand their motivation towards a goal or for their sport they can then break through other mental barriers.
